Privacy notice

Last updated: June 2026

This notice explains what happens to the information you send me through this website. I’ve tried to keep it short and in plain English.

Who I am

Oakform Studio is a UK-based web-design studio run by one person. If you have any questions about your information, email hello@oakform.co.uk.

What I collect

When you use the contact form, I collect the name, email address and message you choose to send. That’s all. This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. For basic visitor numbers I use privacy-friendly analytics (GoatCounter), which sets no cookies and doesn’t collect personal data or track you across other sites.

Why I use it

I only use your details to read and reply to your enquiry. In data-protection terms, the lawful basis is my legitimate interest in responding to people who get in touch about my services.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry messages only as long as I need them to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable time afterwards, then I delete them.

Who else is involved

The form and email are handled by trusted service providers (for example a form service and an email or hosting provider) acting on my behalf to deliver your message. I don’t sell your details, and I don’t share them for anyone else’s marketing.

Your rights

You can ask me to:

Just email hello@oakform.co.uk and I’ll sort it out. If you’re ever unhappy with how I’ve handled your information, you can also contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
